Background

A thermal power plant in Malaysia upgraded its circulating cooling water system. The old manual valves had slow operation speed and could not realize automatic remote control, failing to shut off pipeline rapidly in emergency. The end user required large-size valves with fast on-off, remote signal feedback, bubble-tight shutoff, suitable for circulating water, IEC explosion-proof standard and complete pneumatic accessories.

Manufacture & Site Commissioning

Every valve passed hydrostatic and air tightness test before delivery. The photo shows finished valves during factory inspection ready for shipment. After goods arrived at site, we supplied engineering drawings and remote technical support. Local contractors finished pipe connection, air piping layout, actuator and position feedback calibration. During system joint test, valves responded quickly, valve position signal transmitted accurately to central control room, no leakage in pressure test.
